We all want to say that we've lived fruitful and fulfilling lives up to this point, but when I look long and hard at the number 30, it reminds me constantly that I've lived essentially three decades. That's thirty years under my belt, and of course, it constantly begs the question whether or not they were worth living every moment. I'm not saying that I have major regrets in what I've done to this point, but rather, I'd want to spend the next thirty days living a meaningful life.
Naturally, we want to strive to do what's humanly possible to say that we've made an impact, not simply to ourselves, but to those around us - whether it be a stranger or close loved one. Remember Jim Carey in Yes Man? Well, that's how I'm going to try and move forward before hitting the big 3-0. Initially, I had this crazy idea of writing down an actual list of what I wanted to accomplish before 30. However, I didn't want to add something trivial just to get 30 things on my list.
So with that, I'll be chronicling the next 30 days so I can look back and say yes. Yes, to knowing that I'm at peace in what I've done thus far. As Lisa would tell me, it's not about how much money or how successful you become, but instead, it's more of the intrinsic rewards that shape and mold us to be the better person we can be.
Countdown to 01
Love gadgets? How about current events? Or maybe some politics? Well, I'm a tech-enthusiast that loves everything tech and everything else in between, so that's why I restarted my blog after years of dormancy.

Grateful
Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my very first post for my very own blog - which I might add has been in the pipelines for some time. It was 2 years ago to this day when something unbelievably surprising managed to roll into my way out of nowhere, and now that I look back, it seemingly altered the course of my life in ways I couldn't imagine back them. Was it fate? Was it luck? Or was it simply a fortunate opportunity that occurred when the stars perfectly aligned that fateful day?
Whatever it was, it undoubtedly had a profound impact in my life that ultimately led me to the current position I find myself in now. Some of you may know me personally, while others are probably aware of my existence after working in the business for some time now. But whatever it is, I'm truly grateful for all of the wonderful opportunities that fell beyond my path in the last couple of years. I didn't think much of it then, but accepting a writing gig with PhoneArena set the ball rolling for what would eventually become one of the best decisions I made in my life.
Back then, I didn't have the slightest hint it would blow up to be something bigger than whatever I would've imagined, but regardless, it has been one heck of a ride the last year. Through it all, I've learned a lot about myself. Specifically, how lucky I am with having what I call "the greatest job in the world." Some of my fellow colleagues in the industry will know what I'm talking about; and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. However, for those questioning about their current life situation, just know that there is always a rainbow waiting at the end of the tunnel. I mean, it's there, and it's only a matter of determination and commitment that'll seemingly get you anywhere in life. How do I know? Well, I'm living proof that you can follow your dreams and do anything - but it's just how you approach life.
Anyways, it's been a lovely 2 year ride so far and I'm looking forward to what the future will hold. So if you're curious to know all the happenings, stick around and I'll post some of my thoughts on here - like how I'm complaining of late about FOX and Cablevision's lack of coming to terms (luckily they did, but the cable bill will be going up). In the mean time, you can watch and read my very first reviews for PhoneArena. Trust me, I'll understand if you can't stand watching it for more than a minute.
